The Ironman Blue Seventy Swim Gloves are a great training tool, not triathlon legal. The webbed fingers allow increased resistance training. Form fitting neoprene insulates against the cold.

I purchased the Blue Seventy Webbed Paddling Gloves for usage in daily training. They do an excellant job. The only problem with them is that they run small in size.

I live in NYC and installed a pool, I bought the Blue Seventy SKull cap, gloves, wet suit and socks, all great and worth it. I am swiming in 60 degree or less water every morning and could not do it without the all the Blue Seventy Equipment. Very good quality or the price.
