Pro's: Better grip, nice tight fit, comfortable, less fatigue in the hands.
Con's: Take's a long time to dry.
Note: The color I actually got was black.

used these over the weekend when my hands were starting to get torn up from the handle. fit great, light, good closure, good palm. the soft material on top (blue) did not dry very fast, but that did not bother us.
