Cypher 5mm Biofleece Internal Split Toe Boot The Quiksilver CYPHER is a semi-dry boot designed to keep your feet warm and toasty on the coldest days. Features 100% superstretch neoprene for maximum flex and contour. The seams are sealed and double liquid taped (inside and out) for a leak free durable seam. The inside is lined with Quiksilver's biofleece that wicks moisture away from your foot while trapping heat. Beadlock ankle grippers help keep the boot close to your leg to further reduce flushing. This high-end boot also features an internal split toe for better board control, a soft textured grip sole, and a nylon webbing strap for a customized fit.
