 My first wetsuit

This wetsuit was a great price. According to the size chart, I am a size 8, but it is too big around the underarms, waist, and hips. I couldn't imagine going down a size because from inseam to neck it was tight (short). I've read reviews of other wetsuits saying they were so stretchy you didn't even need the zipper, you could just get in through the neck hole. This one isn't very stretchy at all, I could barely get my arms and legs out of it. I guess that's the difference between this bargain wetsuit and the more expensive ones. If I could do it over again, I would spend the extra money on a stretchier one and go down a couple sizes so it fit like a glove.
It kept me warm though, so it did its job. I am using it for kiteboarding, so I'm not really submerged much.

With a lot of excellent help, I ordered this for my grandaughter for Christmas. I know nothing about wetsuits. I was guided through the many choices and sizes. The telephone was answered by a live person who patiently helped me. My wonderful grandaughter wants to be a marine biologist and at the age of only 14 already has her scuba diving certification. She is also attending high school and college at the same time. I can't wait to see her face when she opens her present. She doesn't know that I am getting it for her. I was promised that we could return it if it doesn't fit. She seems to be between sizes and at 14, she will probably be growing more. I will definitely let everyone know if it continues to be rated at 5 stars.

This is my first wetsuit. I'm 5'4" and have plenty of curves. I wear a dress size 12 and I ordered the wetsuit in size 14 and it fits well. Very snug. Will be using it for winter pool swimming and sure it will keep me comfy. I have the botties, cap, and gloves, too. And suit juice...

Fit is perfect. I am only 5'2" tall and this fit me very well. Haven't used it on the river yet, but I expect that it will keep me very warm! :)
