I shaved ten minutes off of my swim time. I was grateful to have a barrier between the sea grass and jelly fish. Only my second tri but this made it so worth the price. Great fit in the hips, thank you.

This wetsuit is OK although the material seems weak and easy to tear. The fit is not the best for me as I have a long torso and wide hips and shoulders so the whole thing feels really awkward. However, I can wear it, it fits over my hips, so I won't be returning it. It will be fine for what I plan to use it for (recreational swimming in a too-cold indoor pool).

I recently purchased this wetsuit to use for a Marine Rescue class I was taking during the winter. The water temp in the ocean was in the low 60's and even colder in the inter-coastal waterway. This wetsuit performed great! Even though it's a 5/3 (a thick suit) it was super stretchy and allowed for easy swimming. I felt no resistance from the suit while swimming. Plus I was super buoyant. I stayed warm (for the most part) thanks to the added thickness. My only complaint is the length of the suit; it doesn't cover the legs completely. In cold water I wish I had a full suit so that all my parts were covered. Granted, the suit still kept me warm. One other thing, the seams are glued, which I don't like. It looks as though the glue is already failing. This could be because I had the wetsuit in a chlorinated pool which can be harsh on anything. All in all the suit performed like I wanted it. For me the suit was true to size. I wear an 8 in other wetsuits and therefore brought an 8 as well...fit was perfect.

So I read reviews of tri suits by this brand and they all said to go down one size from what is recommended. I did, but I should have gone down 2 sizes. Other than that, its a great suit- easy on and off, comfortable, good buoyancy and flex.
