This O'Neill Wetsuit Cement comes in a four ounce can, with a brush in the cap. This is the real thing, a thick goopy black substance that's designed to fix tears and holes in neoprene.
Directions: Shake well before using. Apply cement on both edges of damaged area with applicator brush. Allow first coat to dry for 5 minutes. Apply second coat and allow to dry for 10 minutes. Press together firmly for long lasting repairs. Make sure you keep a window open!

If you buy a supper stretchy wetsuit, buy some of this. I love my 5/3, it is the only thing I have found to keep me warm(and I shake like a chihuahua on an iceberg!) but it is fragile. I recently sliced about eight inches of wetsuit on my arm, gloves, and shoulder by landing on some oysters. The glue did the trick on that and other nicks. Some of the repairs are invisible, unlike the rubber cement repairs I made before. Expensive but worth it.
