Q-Where are your custom wetsuits made?
A-Handcrafted in
the USA
Q-How long does it take?
A-Lead times vary
seasonally, but on average the suit will be at your house within 4 weeks
Q-Tell me about the Rush Fee of $75
A-The $75 rush fee
will move your order to the top of our production list. We will start
crafting the suit on the next business day and usually get it out the door in
less than 10 days. The Rush Fee does not include Express Air shipping, so
you may wish to select a shipping upgrade at checkout. Contact us for
special arrangements if you have an urgent need that the Rush Fee will not
acommodate.
Q-I have a special request that is not covered
online, can you help?
A-Yes! We
make these suits by hand and almost anything is possible. Just give us a

Q-Do I need a tailor to do the measurements?
A-No, but we
recommend it for best results. It is impossible to take the measurements
yourself, but a friend or spouse may be able to take accurate measurements.
Please follow our diagram closely and consult our "Tips" worksheet for more
detailed info. Please note: If you take good measurements this will
be the best fitting suit you have ever worn, but we cannot be responsible for
measurement errors.
Q-What if I lose / gain weight?
A-Alterations are
possible in most cases, just contact us with a description. Minimum
alteration fee is $50 plus shipping.
Q-Do you repair wetsuits?
A-Yes! We repair
all makes and models. Repairs include zipper replacement, neoprene
tears/slices, velcro repair, seam repair, and more. Our minimum is $50
plus shipping. Contact us for details.
Q-Why do I have to pay extra if my chest measures
more than $48"?
A-Because our
neoprene comes in fixed width sheets. If your chest is greater than 48" we
have to use more than 1 sheet. This costs extra for material and labor.
Q-Do triathlon wetsuits only come in the silver
color?
A-Yes. Our
shiny "skin" material that is required for tri suits only comes in silver.
