Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately.  FedEx regulations require that loss & damage claims be filed within 14 days of shipping.  We will initiate a claim and replace items at the discretion of FedEx.

Damaged or mutilated packages should be kept for FedEx inspection.

Please do not open your package with a sharp object.  We cannot be held responsible for products damaged while opening the box.

FedEx Ground delivers Tuesday thru Saturday to residential areas

Ground Transit Times are not Guaranteed

EXPRESS

Express transit times are guaranteed from actual date of shipment.  Non-backordered items will ship within 48 hours.  Contact us to discuss urgent shipments.

FedEx Express shipping upgrades are available at checkout.  To display shipping options prior to checkout:

Saturday Delivery is an optional FedEx Priority overnight service.  Customer must contact us by 1pm Pacific Time Friday with Saturday Delivery requests.  This option is not available online.
