The 3/2mm Quiksilver CYPHER is made of 100% fiberlite superstretch so it won't bog you down in the water. The fiberlite neoprene is 14% more flexible than last years material and it absorbs less water, dries faster, and weighs less when wet. The sealed and flexmax liquid taped seams are 6% more flexible than traditional taping and guarantees a flush free seam. The waterproof back zipper works together with the glideskin neck seal and the wrist and ankle seals to ensure a flush free experience. The water that does get inside will be wicked away from your skin by the warm and fuzzy biofleece lining. Also features an external key pocket and durable kneepads.

Only used once so far, in 66 degree water. Very flexible and warm definitely, but I had a bit of a problem with the "gasket" thingy designed to create a seal around the neck. It kept coming out of place and binding up-I may have to just remove the thing. It needs to be redesigned somewhat-held in place with velcro maybe? It seems like a good idea on paper not yet worked out in practice. Otherwise, it is a very comfortable suit. Also, there has been little swell to better test it-please pray for surf!
