I am 6'2" tall and 225-pounds. I bought the 2XL-size. I plan to use this shirt in winter for swimming laps. I am replacing a 1mm, Body-Glove shirt, which I wore-out. This Hyperflex shirt is a little tight in the shoulders, but will work. The Body-Glove shirt was tight in the shoulders too. The little 5'3" guys in China manufacturing these shirts cannot comprehend someone my size. This 1.5mm Hyperflex shirt is more stretchy than my old shirt, and thus, easier to get on. The length of the shirt just overlaps my shorts, and so is tolerable. I wish the shirt was 2-inches longer, because it will shrink over-time, even if I avoid putting it in the dryer; and it hikes-up a bit when swimming. I found out the hard-way; never to put these shirts in the dryer, because they will shrink down a size. The 1.5mm does not seem any different than my 1mm shirt in thickness. I have not tested the shirt yet for warmth. I bought this wind blocking shirt, because my old neoprene did not stop wind gusts in winter walking out to the pool. I am optimistic.
