First ride with it today in colder conditions... air temps of 10˚C, dunno about the water but yeah, it was cold.
I was perfectly warm, couldn't even feel water or wind. In fact, I was sweating a little with the effort of setting my kiteboarding gear up. Should be good down to 0˚C in the depths of winter for me. Kept my core warm, so that probably aided in keeping my hands'n'feet warm too.
Suit is, of course, quite thick but it's soft and very stretchy. It feels bulky in your hands but once I got it on, I never really noticed the double thickness over my 3/2mm suit - no additional restriction of movement at all.
Got the 3XL cos I'm a fat bastard. The 3/2mm Access is 3XL as well so comparing the two... the Amp3 is a little less snug! The arms and legs have more length too; even when fully snugged into groin and armpits and allowing for full range of movement (squatting right down etc.), the ankles and wrists still ended comfortably just past the joints... if you know what I mean. I might even have been able to get away with a 2XL :o
So it's warm, fits well and is comfortable to be in. Great value for money!
Cons so far...
It's easy to get into. I followed this video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BBj4Ofr9n48 - but had a bit of a battle to get it off. An effort to free an arm, as I was worried I'd tear a seam, but once I got the elbow out I could just roll it right off.
Face-planted once and got a small squirt of water down what I assume was the chest zipper, but may have been the hood. First time in the suit so I might not have closed the pull-cord properly...
Also didn't pull hood cord tight, so got water inside it occasionally, which thanks to the hood just pooled in my ear holes :D a little distracting but that was probably my fault.

I spent 43 minutes 39 feet down in 54 degree water yesterday. On entry I thought there must be a torn seam in my new suit as cold water hit my lower back. I have not figured out how the water got there but it soon warmed up and did not bother me for the rest of the dive. I found 12 pounds of lead held me down nicely so good-bye 7ml farmer john and 16 extra pounds of lead. Also hello to unencumbered diving.

i tried yesterday! air temp: 2C water temp: 10C and windy.
the wetsuit was warm and soft. For the price is excellent and year by year hyperflex is getting better.
minus: some water leaks in the chest when wipeout( it didnt happen in my old hyperflex flow)
little bit dificult to put on and out.

I have only worn this suit twice but love it. It does not restrict movement at all and the lining keeps you nice and warm. I cannot speak for its long term durability but it looks to be well built with all seems being sealed and/or reinforced. The rubber is very stretchy which makes getting the hood on and off easy. If your too hot while you are waiting for the next set you can take the hood off easily and get it back on when you see a wave approaching with out any trouble. .
