I wear a women's 7.5 and the men's 7 (women's 8) fit nicely with very little wiggle room. The rubber touches the tips of my toes more than I would want, but they should be fine. Not sure about the split-toe, but hopefully it will give me a better "grip" on my paddle board. I've worn a 3mm bootie in the Oregon waves and my feet stayed comfortably warm.

These worked really well but had to change for a larger pair. I take a ladies 7 and the ladies 8 fitted perfectly. I am a new surfer and my instructor really fancied my boots!!! A very good buy.
