The seams are sealed with Rip Curl's stretchy and durable E3+ taping. The sole is super-soft for feel and grip while the straps around the ankle and over the top of the foot provide stability and a snug fit. A heel pull aids in entry of the boot.

Easy entry and exit from the boot, and great fit. The problem: the seams are not even inside the boot. I have tried on 3 pairs of these boots, and each one had uneven seams somewhere in the boot, which made it feel like you are walking around with a pebble rubbing continually in one spot. If you can find a smooth interior, a great boot.
