I use this suit to swim in the frigid ocean water around Santa Barbara.52f in the winter and 65f in the summer. This is a little light for the winter; but perfect for early summer between 58f and up to 65f. I have 3 other triathalon suits, all heavier; but much more restrictive in the shoulder/arm rotation. This suit fits perfectly except for the short leg length. I love the 1 mil and it is only with the new neopreme technoligy that they don't tear easily. I am 5'10", have a 33 inch waist & a 44 inch chest and there is no bagginess around the stomach on my suit. The backside zipper works really well due to the strechiness of the thin fabric, not requiring a buddy to zip it up. It is also very dry, in spite of the fact the wrist & ankle ends aren't super reinforced. The neck seal is the most comfortable of any of my suits and keeps out 99% of the water.
Best bang for the buck of any of my many suits over the years.

I exercise by paddleboarding (prone) and wanted a full suit to take the edge off the cold in winter. A 1/1 is very hard to come and since I've had good experience with Wetsuit Wearhouse in the past I found this Neosport and bought one. I'm 5/8 at 153 pounds and wear a medium for all O'Neill products and MS for Quiksilver fullsuis. The medium Neosport full is short on my arms and legs, and actually creeps up my rear end. The mid-section fits loose. If not for the price and my intended use I would have returned the suit. Keep fitting in mind.

This suit fits great and looks fine.It is easy on and off.I use it for swimming in cool water;streams,lakes,etc.Also for those days that are less than perfect at the pool.It extends the swimming season here in Pennsylvania.I am quite pleased.
