Great glove but needs sticky palm material

Great fit and certainly warm. Main use is windsurfing, so a sticky palm would be much appreciated. I can barely up-haul the sail because these palms have a rather slick rubber coating on them - not great for gripping stuff.
I purchased a pair of HDepot yard gloves with the sticky rubber palms for summer use and those babies really grip.
Design change Billabong?? Even scuba guys want grip.
