Hooded vests add an extra layer of insulation while minimizing flushing and pop-outs typically associated with bibbed hoods. O'Neill's Thermo base layering products provide incredible insulation when worn under any wetsuit. The vest is made of quick dry 8oz polypropelene which warms without bulk. The 1mm neoprene hood with sun visor greatly reduces evaporative cooling.
