The UPF Rating (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) is 50+ for maximum sun protection. A boardshort connector on the front allows you to attach to your trunks to keep the top from bunching up.

Good All Purpose Rashguard, 2-18-2011

This is a good all round rash guard. I use it primarily on its own for freedive training in a pool. The water is cool/cold but not freezing and the 6oz is perfect. Seals in just enough heat to be comfortable, but still keeps the swim refreshing. Drys fast. No shrinkage so far. I'm a big guy and the XL was a good fit for me. Looks very cool too. ... It looks very cool too. For the price, you can't go wrong.
