I have used 5mm ripcurl gloves, and 6mm cheap mitts before and hands always get cold kiteboarding, always the first thing to go-until I got these. no longer am I shaking one hand while I hold the bar with the other. Took these out in icy waters on half frozen lake in Michigan, air temp of 30, hands were sweating the entire time. If you dont want to worry about cold hands, get these. The cuff is thick, but I am able to get my suit over it without any problems.

They are very well-made but they are just not sized right for my hands: M are too large and S are too small, plus the material @ the wrist is so thick, it's hard to put under the 3mm fabric of the wetsuit wrist opening.
So I'm afraid I have to send them back, and stay with my 6 mm mitts.
