Women's Blue Seventy REACTION Long Jane Triathlon Wetsuit
Reaction Long John Triathlon Wetsuit by Blue SeventyFor the athlete that wants more than just an entry level suit, the Blue Seventy REACTION Long John has been significantly upgraded this year. The suit has been re-designed with Yamamoto 38 air-cell neoprene from the chest to the knees, which improves warmth by creating pockets of air within the suit while increasing buoyancy. The Reaction also includes enlarged arm gussets, a full body low-friction coating, and a larger buoyancy panel for body positioning. Combine these features with a suit praised for its superior fit, and you have a package that is the perfect mid-range suit for someone not wanting to spend big dollars, but not wanting to settle for second best. Long john wetsuits give you lots of extra mobility, a great choice if water temps permit. Also Features Exclusive Femme Fit Shaping All women's wetsuits by Blue Seventy feature exclusive Femme Fit patterning. Femme Fit gives women of all shapes, sizes, and skill levels what they want most in the water. This highly tuned fit is the result of extensive testing, tweaking and actually listening to what women had to say. Blue Seventy has created the most extensive women's sizing range on the market, which leads to better performance and a better open water experience. Femme Fit features include: lowered neckline, extended zipper length, refined bust and torso shaping, and narrowed neck, wrist, and ankles.

This wetsuit is great! This is my second purchase and I just love it. I originally got this because the heater for the pool was broken and continued to break down for months. The water temp was about 77 degrees, which was too cold for me. The first time around I bought the WS because I'm about 115 pounds and a little over 5'3. Although it fit, it was a bit short for me and a bit tight at the neck- I have very long legs and a short torso. The second time around I bought the WMS and it fits perfectly. (My first suit lasted 16 months and I washed it in the washing machine on hand wash cycle 2- 3 times a week.) As far as warmth, it's great. Once I get the suit on, which is a little challenging to put on, I stay pretty comfortable. Finally, I got this particular suit (sleeve less) because I wanted to have my arms free for the free style stroke - I'm able to swim lap after lap after lap no problem. Side note, one additional bonus is the buoyancy this suit provides. The pool has been back to a normal 82/83 degrees for a long time now and I still use my wetsuit every time I swim.

Fit's well, neck is a bit snug(I'm an average size person). It's very comfortable to swim in. I think it's a good buy for a suit in this range.

Great overall wetsuit. I am used to a full suit, so I loved the freedom in the shoulders and arms. If you plan on doing only TRIs in warmer waters, I would definitely recommend this wetsuit, as it keeps you bouyant while allowing for free stroke movements. It was a little tight in the neck is my only complaint and I don't think it's because I have a fat neck, but it could be.
