I just bought my 2nd one because I liked my first one that much. Its a great suit! Super warm and stretchy. I have owed most brands and this Xcel has been one of the best.

recieved the new xcel infiniti drylock wetsuit yesterday. sizing very accurate, but as with most front zip suits was quite challenging to get on and off. but once on the suit is like a second skin. was extremely warm and flexible. the biggest change on my old backzip suit was that there was nearly no flushing. after about 8 waves in 30 minutes i finally got a trickle of water down my back after falling off. overall very happy with the suit and would happily buy another xcel.

My previous suit was an o'neill 3/2 heat. Not a bottom of the barrel but not top of the line either. With this one's price I expect it to be top of the line. Never had a chest zip so there is a learning curve. Getting it on and getting it off require practice. It's warm. The fleece linining is very effective at keeping you warm. Solid pre bent knee pads as well are nice for quick pop ups. The neck ended up being a little loose on me so I do get flushed every know and then. I've learned a little trick to push the neck opening further down on my neck where it gets thicker (closer to my shoulders). That helps to keep the seal tight. There are all sorts of little add ons that make this suit expensive. Like the wrist softskin to prevent flushing. The extra lining on the back as well as down to the thighs. And It's really a very high grade of neoprene. You can tell from just the texture.
