All sales of custom fit products are final. By providing your initials, you certify that the measurements provided are: accurate; measured by someone other than yourself; complete for the product being purchased; taken while wearing a tight fitting bathing suit or without clothes; are not "padded" because you want a looser fit - wetsuits will not work if they are loose or relaxed fit.

Wetsuit Wearhouse is not responsible for wetsuits that do not fit due to measuring errors. Wetsuit Wearhouse is not responsible for fit issues related to weight gain or loss.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, Wetsuit Wearhouse will gladly replace the damaged or defective item. It is your responsibility to review your order and confirm that it is correct before submitting it to us. Your custom fit wetsuit is specifically made for you, and therefore Wetsuit Wearhouse cannot accept returns or refunds of custom fit products if the dissatisfaction is not due to an error by Wetsuit Wearhouse.

You must report any fit issues or defects within 7 days of receiving your custom fit wetsuit.
