I joined a gym with an indoor pool that is just a few degrees short of being warm enough for me. I had no experience with wetsuits and shopped at Wetsuit Wearhouse because I try the suits on, with expert help in fitting the suit. Turns out, although I wear a size 10 in street clothes, a size 6 wetsuit is right for me. The extra stretchy XPAN fabric works well on my "mature" thighs, since I lost that "surfer girl" figure many years ago. The suit is comfortable and keeps me warm through a 60 minute aquatics class. Swimming laps takes more work than in a bathing suit, because of the extra drag of the neoprene suit in the water, but, hey, it's an enhanced workout, as far as I'm concerned. Ten months later, I'm enjoying that pool and the suit is in as good condition as when it was new. I couldn't be more pleased.

This is my second time I ordered this suit from Wetsuit warehouse. I loved the first one so much but after 5 years and a lot of wear, it was time to embrace a new suit.

3 out of 53 out of 53 out of 53 out of 53 out of 5 Well made, but short in the body, sleeves and legs

Very well made suit, but fashioned towards someone with a short build with shorter legs and arms. I'm 5'6" and the Medium fit fine in containment, but was short in the arm and leg length AND very tight in the neck and crotch (pulling against eachother) so it was not comfortable or stretchy enough. Had to return it.

I received thi 1.5mm wetsuit 3 days before doing an Olympic Distance Triathlon. With water temp at 73 it was the perfect thickness.I only knew I had a wetsuit on is because I could see it. Seriously it was awesome and I had never worn a wetsuit before.

I'm tall; no, taller than that. I was initially worried about the fit, but after unpacking and trying the suit out I was surprised by how comfortable and unrestrictive it was. While the collar will take a while to get used to, the suit, on the whole, fits like a glove.
