I recently broke in this, my first wetsuit purchase, in San Diego in August for boogie boarding and surfing. The water was unseasonably warm, and the wetsuit was probably not necessary for body warmth, but was still great for body protection. The knee pads are amazing and seem very sturdy. It is very comfortable for a wetsuit, plenty of stretch for movement. The legs do not have a hem at the ankle, but this actually seems like a bonus since any water you do take in can flush out easily. Overall this seems like a high quality suit, and although it doesn't have any 'pretty' colored accent panels like some of the other suits, this leaves fewer seems, so fewer weak spots likely to tear down the road. The blue decals still make for a nice accent. I originally chose this suit because it was the only one in my price range that actually fit my measurements. I have a short, curvy, athletic build. I'm 5'4", 150 lbs bra 36C and typically wear a women's size 10, occasionally size 8. I called Wetsuit Warehouse's customer service after I had trouble finding a suit for my stature, and they were very helpful in directing me to this brand. I ordered a size 8 in this wetsuit and it fits like a glove. I'm glad I called them and glad I found this suit!

1 out of 51 out of 51 out of 51 out of 51 out of 5 gave me a rash on one armpit and got a whole in it the very first time I wore it

I was excited about this wetsuit because I love my 2/2 XCEL long sleeved shortie. I was really disappointed by this purchase, though. I have used it twice so far. The first time I wore it, my fin cut through the leg of the suit during a wipeout. I have had many wetsuits and many wipeouts, but I've never torn a suit with a fin. I should not have been surprised considering the label indicated that I should be careful trying it on since a fingernail could tear through it. To make matters worse, I got a rash on my left armpit both times I wore it. I'm going to need to wear it with a rashguard underneath, which I've never had to do before. Needless to say, I regret my purchase.

This wet suit is a perfect fit. I've always had trouble finding a good fitting wetsuit due to my hour glass body shape(I purchased the 10s). They were either too long for me (I'm only five feet tall) or just too wide. It's also really flexable both in and out of the water. I do believe I have found my perfect wetsuit and I hope this suit will last me for many years to come
