I have a hard time getting a tight fit. The water leaks in and collect around my stomach. Otherwise I like the vest.

I also went for a big fit, got the 2XL, but the vest is still very skin tight. Wish they would have had the 3XL but am not sure it would have been any different. Should keep me warm surf fishing this winter on the Texas Coast but am not sure how often I will wear it due to the skin tight fit. At least it's a vest...

I am very pleased with my purchase. I swim at the local university pool where the water temp is often low 80's & I get chilled easily. The vest helps warm my core & keeps me comfortable even during a 1 hr swim. The waist occasionally tends to ride up a bit, but otherwise I'm totally pleased with it.

I use this when kayaking . . . does a good job at cutting the chill. I purchased two sizes larger that I would for say a t-shirt and that seems about right (still snug as I should be).

Reviewer: Ben M   |  4-16-2012

It's too lose at the bottom and unless you wear a rash guard under it, it will Chaffee the inside of your arm and side raw. It's useful as a layer under a 3/2 when it's too cold for just a 3/2 but still too warm for a 4/3.

I ordered an Xl, but must return it for the next larger size. Too tight. When I get the right size will try it out and give another review and rate.

Ordered this to wear surfing for a little core warmth to extend my sessions. Its super soft, super stretchy and warm. Order 1 size larger than normal. Wetsuits work best when they are tight.

I went for a big fit but it still fits too tight.

I bought this to use as a wet suit top for the swim leg of a triathlon. It worked great...allowed for great flexibility in shoulders.
