Made of 100% UltraStretch neoprene for the ultimate in stretch and flexibility, this top also has XCEL's exclusive TDC Technology on the inside. What is TDC? This material recycles your body's natural energy for greater warmth, increased endurance, faster recovery, and enhanced overall performance. So, it's kind of a big deal.

This jacket also features stitch-free Fusion Weld seams for durability, a waist loop as well as an adjustable cinch cord, drylock wrist seals, and no zipper for some seriously fast and easy entry and exit!
