GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
- Add items to your shopping cart to calculate weight based shipping rates
- Maryland residents will be charged 6% sales tax
- Non backordered items ship within 1-2 business days. FedEx Express, Priority Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS Priority Mail shipments get processed first, and FREE Economy shipments are processed last. 3pm Eastern is our shipping cutoff to get a package out same-day, and we do not ship on weekends. With all of that said.... we ship fast and usually get packages out same day, every weekday. Monday is our busiest shipping day, so it is common for FREE Economy packages from the weekend to be delayed until Tuesday. Please call us if you need clarification -or- if you need us to walk something out to the shippers, we like to help!
- Military APO / FPO: No problem, use FREE Economy or USPS Priority Mail service. No FedEx services available for APO/FPO.

- FREE Economy ($ FREE)
We offer FREE Economy Ground Shipping within the Continental USA via FedEx SmartPost, regardless of how many items you purchase. FedEx SmartPost is a hybrid delivery service that starts with FedEx, but is delivered by your local post office. Standard delivery time is 7-10 days. FREE Ground Shipping does not apply to orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or International Addresses (see USPS Priority Mail section below).
- PRIORITY GROUND ($7.99 Flat)
We offer $7.99 Priority Ground Shipping within the Continental USA via the carrier of our choice, regardless of how many items you purchase. This service gives your order priority in our warehouse and will arrive in approximately 1-7 business days.
- FedEx Ground Home Delivery ($Varies by Weight)
FedEx Ground Home Delivery is a truck based service available to residents of the Continental USA (No PO Boxes). This option gives your order priority in our warehouse and will arrive in approximately 1-5 business days. FedEx Ground delivers Tuesday thru Saturday to residential addresses.

- USPS Priority Mail ($ Varies by Weight)
Priority Mail is an expedited service available to all US residents including those in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO's. Your order will receive priority in our warehouse and will arrive in approximately 2-4 business days.
- FedEx Air EXPRESS ($ Varies by Weight)
Express transit times are guaranteed from actual date of shipment. FedEx Express delivers Mon-Fri only. Saturday delivery is an optional service discussed below. Non-backordered items will ship within 24 hours. Please order by 3pm Eastern time to ensure package will get out in time. Feel free to contact us to discuss urgent shipments, we are happy to verify stock and transit times.

Saturday Delivery is an optional FedEx Priority Overnight service that costs approx $20 more than traditional Overnight service. Customer must contact us by 2pm Eastern Time Friday with Saturday Delivery requests. This option is not available online.

International shipping is available to most countries via the United States Postal Service. To display shipping options prior to checkout:
Important Notes About Int'l Shipping:
Customer is responsible for any customs fees / duties assessed by the postal service. We have no information on these fees.
In the event of a return - exchange - warranty issue, international customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
*International orders Only: Due to international fraud, we must verify each transaction prior to shipping. Upon receipt of your order we will charge your credit card a small amount of money (less than $1 USD). We will then send you an e-mail requesting you to verify the amount of the charge in $USD, please check with your credit card company and reply to the e-mail with the amount. If you do not receive an e-mail from us within 24 hours, check your spam folder, or just send us a message with your order number and the amount to firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on your bank this may take 24 hours to appear on your account. After verification we will refund the test transaction and ship your order. You can bypass this verification if you checkout with a VERIFIED PayPal account, but please make sure your PayPal account is VERIFIED prior to using this option. Orders that are not verified within 7 days will be cancelled.
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. USPS regulations require that loss & damage claims be filed after 21 days of shipping. We will initiate a claim and replace items at the discretion of USPS. Please Note * Replacements and refunds will not be issued until completion of claim 1-2 months
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. FedEx and US Postal Service regulations require that loss & damage claims be filed within 14 days of shipping. We will initiate a claim and replace items at the discretion of the carrier. Please Note * Replacements and refunds will not be issued until completion of claim 2-3 weeks
Damaged or mutilated packages should be kept for inspection.
Please do not open your package with a sharp object. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged while opening the box.
