Very satisfied with the combo. Fits great ... works great. Received my order very timely. No complaints at all.

I bought this two piece suit for my husband who will do both cold and warm dives. He loved the flexibility with one or two pieces.

Reviewer: DiveDaddy   |  12-1-2013

I wanted more flexibility than a full steamer type suit offers. The FJ suit can be used w only the jacket, with the full 2 piece as a unit or w they pants and some other type of top. I was very pleased with the fit and quality of this suit, especially at Wetsuit Wearhouse's discount price. I had 1st ordered the 7mm, but after a quick try on I realized that I needed more flexibility as I could not easily bend my arms enough to reach all my gauges, hoses and valves. So I exchanged it w no hassle for the 5mm which was perfect. 1st dive was cold water deep dive in Texas lake with surface temps of 41 and 100' temps of 38. I cannot say I was truly "toasty" as I might have been in a drysuit or even in the 7mm, but with the 5mm FJ, a 5mm hood, gloves and boots I was not too cold and completed 4 dives. Highly recommend Wetsuit Wearhouse for your online connection.

I was a little skeptical ordering on line but was pleasantly surprised on the fit. It gives me 10mm on the core and 5mm on the extremities. Good combination in cold waters with the option to remove part if I am diving in warmer waters. I will be back to buy another one soon.

4 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 5 flexible warmth

The back-zipper suit may be popular, but not what I wanted. I had a farmer john style suit before, and I like the flexibility in warmth. If the water is warm at the surface, the jacket zipper can be partially opened to cool off. In cooler water the full warmth is there with the zipper closed. I would have preferred an XLT (extra-large-tall) but the 2XL works. For cold water I still have my dry suit.

Reviewer: Ken   |  3-20-2010

I needed a suit to do some work under a boathouse in late winter/early spring. Water temperature around 45 to 50 degrees. This suit was perfect for that work -- kept me warm but allowed me flexibility to work with my hands/arms above my head.

I had a hard time getting a suit that fits as I am a large man. This one while it is snug does fit well and feels good.

I bought this suit because I knew I was going to about 90 feet in a fresh water lake. The temp was 59 and I was fine. The two piece design was perfect -- I wanted to be able to layer down when up logging and finishing my on shore instruction. I would recommend this suit for it's design and function.
