This 2mm Men's Stormr SWELL Neoprene Hoodie isn't your typical sweatshirt". This jacket holds virtually no water and is windproof/waterproof against the elements. The fit may be oversized, but it's warm and features a micro-fleece lining and 2mm neoprene exterior and it's great to wear over layers. Other features include a front zip with two large front pockets and a waist cinch cord. This SWELL jacket protects against spray, rain and even intense wind.
