I bought this suit to replace a FlashBomb I've had for a couple of years. That suit held up great, so I had high standards going into the purchase. I tried many other brands in person at the stores, and ended up ordering this one online since price was good. When it arrived, it turned out this one fit my body type the best (short, heavier in the shoulders/chest, maybe 5 extra pounds in the belly). The material is very flexible, the inner lining is not as bulky but seems just was warm (even too hot, have to wait for cold winter) and the lack of zip makes getting in and out easier. It feels like the flap will be the first to rip, but so far, 5 stars. I'd also ding a bit for the coloring, it's a pretty drab black - I was looking for a tiny touch more flair, but that's just me.

Not easy to get into but, I've only had it on twice. It'll stretch out. Speaking of, it's elasticity is excellent even with the linear in the body and legs. The fit is perfect. I'm 5' 10 1/2 and weigh 175. A little long in the arms but, I can pull it over my wrists which keeps my hands warmer. The cost with a discount was maybe $25 more than my E Bomb from last year,, well worth the up grade for not much more.

I've used this for a few dawn patrols already and am loving how warm the suit is. I even sweat on one morning. The water has been in the low 60's in southern california (with the morning air temps in the 50's) so I haven't put this suit to the true test yet. Water flushing hasn't been an issue and the suit is very flexible. It is a bit harder to get on/off than my 3/2 flash bomb chest zip, but it is pretty sweet not having to deal with a zipper. My previous suit has trouble zipping (its 3 years old) so I know that won't happen with this one. The color of the suit is pretty cool as well. Overall I would say this suit is great upon my initial use. We'll see how it does over time!
