Wetsuit Wearhouse Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your gear—plain and simple. If something doesn’t fit quite right or isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help. Our return and exchange process is designed to be fair, easy, and stress-free. Whether you need a different size, a new style, or simply changed your mind, we've got you covered (within our policy guidelines, of course). Read on for everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, timeframes, final sale exclusions, and what to do if there’s ever an issue with your order.
Need to Send it Back? Returns and exchanges are easy!
- Start Your Return
- Place your item(s) back in their original garment bags
- Fold them neatly to prevent creasing or damage during transit.
- Package everything up in an appropriately sized box or bag.
- Ship your return to us using the return label and paperwork provided in Step #1. If you prefer to use your own label, please ship it back to Wetsuit Wearhouse Returns 400 South Conococheague St Williamsport, MD 21795. Include a quick note with your order number and your return/exchange preference.
You do not need to contact us (unless you need help).
Once your return arrives, please allow 1–3 business days for our team to open, inspect, and process the return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and typically take 2–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you wish to speak with someone prior to returning, our wetsuit experts are here to help. We're happy to answer questions and can even assist you in finding the right wetsuit and size to ensure a better fit.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Holiday extension: Orders placed after November 1st may be returned for a refund or exchange until January 31st.
Important Return Conditions
All returned items are carefully inspected by our team. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must:
- Be brand new, unused, and in resellable condition
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Be clean, odor-free, and undamaged
- Final sale items are NOT returnable. These products are clearly marked FINAL SALE on the website. Please double-check your order before completing checkout, as we cannot make exceptions once the item has shipped.
We cannot accept items that have been used, worn in the water, washed, altered, or returned in poor condition (e.g., wrinkled, stained, dirty, or with animal hair or strong odors). Items that fail inspection will be sent back to the customer or denied a refund at our discretion.
Once a product hits the water, it's yours—so please make sure the fit works before taking it for a surf, swim, or dive.
Shipping Costs & Prepaid Label Option
- US and Canadian customers who opt-into our $1.98 Redo Returns program are provided returns labels at no charge through the Returns Portal. Customers who opted-out of Redo Returns at checkout can purchase their own low-cost returns labels during the return process. Customers are also free to provide their own returns labels. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit with customer provided shipping labels.
- International customers (outside of USA) are responsible for all shipping fees related to returns and exchanges, including the cost of sending a replacement. Please contact us for next steps.
- If you’re exchanging an item, we'll cover the shipping for your replacement order (US customers only).
Non-Refundable Charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
